Job Description

The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for handling customers' requirements from initial order to final delivery. This includes assisting with complaints, questions, and providing product information. The role also involves creating and maintaining customer profiles and records in the CRM.

Additional responsibilities include supporting the sales team, receiving and logging customer complaints, and organizing product returns and exchanges. The Sales Support Specialist will also assist with inventory management and reconciliation when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate has three to five years of experience in customer management. Proficient computer skills are required, including Microsoft Office software, Sage, and Dynamix CRM. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must.

The candidate must be able to communicate effectively in English and French, both written and orally. Excellent time management skills are essential.
