About the Role
As a Retail Store Supervisor at Savers, you will play a critical role in the success of your store.
You will make important decisions that directly impact the store's performance and continuously develop and empower your team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of retail store employees
- Make strategic decisions to drive store performance and growth
- Develop and implement plans to improve store operations and customer experience
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
