Senior Data Scientist

As a key member of our data science team, you will be responsible for developing and deploying artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for our customers. Our solutions are designed to be scalable and highly available, and you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from natural language processing to large language models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement machine learning models to classify and understand communication content
  • Work closely with other data scientists and developers to build and deploy models
  • Execute all steps in the data science process, from understanding business requirements to deploying models
  • Take initiative to identify and solve important problems, coordinating with others on cross-cutting technical issues
  • Mentor junior and intermediate data scientists via pairing and reviews
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience with solving machine learning problems
  • BSc in a STEM or Linguistics subject or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Python and Bash
  • Experience with common machine learning libraries such as PyTorch, Sklearn, TensorFlow, and others
  • Experience mentoring junior and intermediate data scientists
  • PhD in a STEM or Linguistics subject (considered 2 additional years of experience)
