We are currently seeking a Movement Therapist to join our dynamic out-patient clinic in Edmonton, AB. As a clinician who thrives in a fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our inter-professional team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, registration with the provincial College of Physiotherapists, and 1-2 years' experience treating clients in an outpatient setting. A demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat out-patient MSK injuries, including strains, sprains, fractures, dislocations, muscle weakness, and limited range of motion
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations
  • Delegate treatment to Registered Kinesiologists and/or Physiotherapy Assistants
  • Collaborate with the inter-professional team at your clinic
  • Supervise Physiotherapy students (as preferred)
  • Communicate with external stakeholders and client referral sources
