We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to join our team at Ripple, a world leader in building real-world value through crypto solutions. This role is an exciting opportunity to work on scalable and intuitive business applications that drive financial inclusion and economic growth.

Job Overview

This Senior Salesforce Developer position is a hands-on role where you will design, develop, and test high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform. Your expertise will be essential in helping us achieve our mission of making value move like information does today.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex Salesforce.com applications using Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, VisualForce Pages, and Aura Components.
  • Provide ongoing technical support for existing custom Apex code being used on the Force.com platform.
  • Develop and maintain REST-based integrations in a complex enterprise application environment and integrate Salesforce.com with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, information security, and devops teams.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining technical and design documentation.
Requirements
  • Minimum five years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI) certification required; additional certifications are welcome.
  • Proven ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
  • Solid understanding of Apex and Lightning Web Components.
  • Deep application integration experience required.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a sense of urgency when dealing with internal clients.
