Job Summary

The Fashion Associate will provide exceptional customer service by processing and stocking all fashion merchandise and maintaining a clean and organized salesfloor and backroom area. This will be accomplished by adhering to merchandising standards, ensuring accurate modular integrity, and maintaining accurate signage in a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise, and making purchase decisions.
  • Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment through adherence to company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
  • Process and stock all fashion merchandise in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain the salesfloor area clean and tidy for customers.
  • Merchandise non-modular fashion items in accordance with company standards.
  • Ensure proper fixtures and supplies are used and replaced as necessary.
  • Utilize proper signage as dictated by the modular.
  • Replenish and merchandise seasonal merchandise in a timely manner.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask are essential for success in this role.
