Key Responsibilities- Serve as an expert for Workday Absence, Payroll, and Time Tracking configurations.
- Manage permissions, audits, data integrity, and system functionality.
- Collaborate with internal HR teams and regional payroll specialists in Canada & U.S.
- Configure and maintain time off and absence plans for multiple countries.
- Analyze process improvements and optimize system functionality.
- 4+ years of Workday experience focused on Absence, Payroll, and/or Time Tracking.
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian and U.S. payroll practices.
- Experience with absence policies in global environments.
- Advanced reporting and Excel skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on data quality and compliance.
