Job Title: Senior Sonographer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sonographer to join our team at William Osler Health System. As a Senior Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing ultrasound procedures, including clinical assessment, in accordance with departmental standards to aid in patient's diagnosis and/or treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform ultrasound procedures, including clinical assessment, in accordance with departmental standards to aid in patient's diagnosis and/or treatment
  • Facilitate the provision of optimal patient care, observing and understanding organizational and departmental policies and procedures
  • Adhere to organization mission and value statements while maintaining patient confidentiality
  • Provide radiologists and vascular surgeons with high quality imaging, accurate and complete preliminary technical impression, discussing ultrasound findings with physician when necessary
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited program in ultrasound technology
  • ARDMS (CRGS) certification and RVT (CRVS) required
  • Registration with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario required
  • Sonography Canada membership preferred
