Family Physician Opportunity in Metro Vancouver

Are you a dedicated Family Physician looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a full-time or part-time Family Physician to join our team in Metro Vancouver. As a Family Physician with our practice, you will have the opportunity to work with a compassionate team and manage a panel of patients. You will also have the option to see walk-in patients for additional billing opportunities if desired. Our clinics are located in high-traffic locations and are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and technology.
Clinic Details
Our clinics are designed for easy workflow and are equipped with the latest technology. We have convenient free parking and are located near stores, restaurants, and hospitals. One of our clinics has been awarded accreditation for Pain Management.
Technology
We use Telus Med Access EMR, which enables our team to work effectively and efficiently. Our processes are handled using small applications that make our office paperless. We believe in leveraging technology to drive progress and achieve our goals.
Compensation Details
The new Longitudinal Payment Model (LFP) offers an attractive, blended compensation structure. You will be rewarded for your hours worked, patient interactions, and receive an annual panel payment per patient. With this innovative LFP model, a full-time physician can earn between $450,000 and $550,000, based on an 80/20 split arrangement. Additional perks include private fee, incentives such as relocation assistance, a signing bonus, and extended health benefits—all available to incoming physicians.
Requirements
- Postgraduate training in medicine from Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia or USA.
- Eligible for certification by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)
- Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC)
- Membership from Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)
