Requirements and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced experience with data modeling tools, e.g., ER/Studio, Erwin or similar.
  • Experience with semi-structured and unstructured data.
  • Experience with data governance tools, e.g., Data Cookbook.
  • Experience with MS Fabric, Azure Data Lake, Data Factory, Dataflows.
  • Familiar with Data Lakehouse architecture.
  • Working experience with Microsoft Power BI.
  • Advanced Structured Query Language (SQL) programming experience.
  • Experience working with DevOps CI/CD. Azure DevOps or GitHub.
  • Experience with data profiling using SQL or Python on multiple data sources, e.g. Oracle, MS Dynamics 365, Slate, etc.
  • Process Improvement qualifications, such as Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Working knowledge of PeopleSoft Query.
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture, PeopleTools, and PeopleSoft applications (Human Capital Management, Financials and Supply Chain Management, Campus Solutions).
