Food Service Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Wetzel's Pretzels. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food and beverages according to company recipes and standards.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and repetitive tasks.
Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, and work under pressure.
