Brandt is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouseperson. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the parts department and customer service team to achieve fill rate goals and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Perform tasks as assigned by the manager, including inventory management, data entry, and other administrative duties.
- Locate and retrieve inventory in a timely manner, and accurately update the ERP system with relevant information.
- Load trucks with finished goods, ensuring safe and efficient loading practices.
- Inspect outgoing shipments for damage during the loading process, and report any issues to the relevant team members.
- Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical fitness to manually handle goods, steel, and products, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Experience working in a warehouse environment, with a strong understanding of inventory control and supply chain management principles.
- Ability to operate forklifts and related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
