Senior Engine Programmer

At HASBRO DEUTSCHLAND GmbH, we're passionate about creating immersive gaming experiences. As a Senior Engine Programmer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our AAA games. We're looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in Unreal Engine, console game development, and low-level engine code optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, support, and optimize engine features for our next AAA game
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address performance issues and improve iteration times
  • Design and implement systems to track performance and notify developers of potential issues
  • Ensure seamless game performance on PlayStation and Xbox consoles
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in game engine development, with a focus on debugging, optimization, and low-level engine code
  • Strong understanding of Entity–component–system (ECS) architecture and modular implementation approaches
  • Functional knowledge of C# and/or Python
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
