About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Programmable Logic Compilation Lead to join our Extreme Scale Computing Team at Intel. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing next-generation prototype solutions across signal processing, supercomputing, memory, and heterogeneous computing systems.

This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals with a strong interest in influencing the development of cutting-edge spatial compute architectures. You will have the ability to expand what is possible with programmable logic architectures to deliver advanced prototypes for a wide variety of hardware systems under contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your expertise in place and route for FPGA to lead the development of advanced reconfigurable computation engines for spatial processing.
  • Analyze system and processor performance to optimize designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other components.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related STEM field and 9+ years of experience or a Master's Degree in the same field and 6+ years of experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Expertise in Verilog-to-Routing (VTR) open source tool.
  • Experience with computer architecture, microprocessor, or chip-set design methods.
  • Emulation software stack development skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • C/C++/Python programming skills.
  • Strong scripting and design automation experience.

Estimated Salary Range: $180,000 - $220,000 per year
