Job Description

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the management team at our Sunwapta Gas Bar/C-store location in Edmonton, Alberta. As a key member of our Consumer Fuels team, you will be expected to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

You will be responsible for maintaining operations as the Shift Lead in the absence of the Site Manager, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your role will also involve guiding and supporting Gas Bar Attendants to improve customer experience and increase sales.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of experience working in a Gas Bar environment
  • Familiarity with CRS software and a willingness to learn and develop
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in inclement weather
  • Honesty, trustworthiness, results-oriented approach, and a commitment to delivering excellent service
  • Able to build relationships and collaborate with others to achieve shared objectives
