The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire students to learn. Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Educational Programs: Teach the Sylvan curriculum in a 3:1 setting to students when necessary.
  • Support Teachers: Provide ongoing coaching and support to teaching staff to ensure they are trained and certified to deliver Sylvan programs.
  • Maintain Student Progress: Monitor student progress to ensure goals are achieved and ongoing family needs are met.
  • Communicate with Families: Conduct parent conferences on a regular and timely basis, with appropriate documentation.
  • School Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with schools for partnership and marketing purposes.
