About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Red Swan Pizza. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, such as pizzas, salads, and sandwiches, according to our menu standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food quantities, restock refrigerators and salad bars, and ensure that all food and beverages are stored and displayed in a clean and organized manner.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all areas of the restaurant are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment

As a Food Counter Attendant at Red Swan Pizza, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding role. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. However, you will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
