Job Title: Curriculum Coverage Specialist

Job Summary:

The Durham Catholic District School Board is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Curriculum Coverage Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our instructional leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing curriculum coverage and instructional support to our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide curriculum coverage and instructional support to students and staff
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans and materials
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure effective instructional delivery
  • Assist with the development and implementation of board-wide curriculum initiatives
  • Provide professional development and coaching to teachers on curriculum and instructional best practices

Requirements:

  • Primary/Junior/Intermediate Basic Qualifications
  • Certification in good standing from the Ontario College of Teachers
  • Article 17 (posting rules) compliance
