You will partner with Segment Team leaders to develop and implement business strategies, deliver flawless customer service, and develop top talent within the organization. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining a consistent presence throughout the segment, working closely with Warehouse Directors to establish best practices and consistency in all warehouse & delivery operations.
A key aspect of this role will be creating a Safety 'First' culture that is Compliant, Legal and Ethical, working closely with the Division Safety Manager. To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership competencies, skills, and knowledge to drive employee excellence and financial performance measurably and consistently.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, or related background, along with a minimum of 7-10 years demonstrated experience in Operations, is required. Specific knowledge of the supply and distribution industry is also essential.
