Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Quantitative Developer to join our team at CC&L Investment Management. As a Quantitative Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex algorithms and models to support our investment strategies.

  • Programming Knowledge – a strong foundation in computer science and programming skills, with experience in languages such as Kdb+/Q, Python, R, Java, C#, and Spark.
  • Deeply Analytical – a proven ability to analyze complex data and identify patterns, with a strong attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.
  • Passion for Technology – a desire to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field.
  • Collaborative Communication – excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Interest in Investment Management – a strong interest in investment management and a desire to learn about our complex domain.

The base salary range is $90,000 – $200,000 annually, plus a competitive performance bonus. Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
