Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator role at Avisa Transport Ltd is a dynamic position that requires strong organizational and communication skills. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department, facilitating effective information flow within the team, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- HR Department Coordination: Coordinate the activities of the HR department to meet the organization's goals and objectives.
- Information Flow: Facilitate the exchange of information within the team to ensure seamless communication.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support by opening and distributing mail, establishing office procedures, recording meeting minutes, and scheduling appointments.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
