About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team at Shoppers Drug Mart 2312. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales staff, including assigning duties and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Sales Floor Management: Oversee the daily operations of our sales floor, including managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our store management team to achieve sales goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as processing returns and exchanges, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills
