This is a regular full-time position located in Port Alberni, with flexible work options available. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing collaborative approaches to ministry programs and services, ensuring compliance with legislation, regulations, and policies.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
- Plan, implement, and manage collaborative approaches to ministry programs and services.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and policies.
- Supervise staff and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with other service areas to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field, including supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Experience working in a child and family services setting.
- Knowledge of legislation, regulations, and policies related to child and family services.
