We are seeking a skilled and experienced meat cutter to join our team at J DEE ENTERPRISE INC. as a retail position.

Job Description

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity requiring 32 hours of work per week. As a meat cutter in this role, you will be responsible for cutting carcasses, sides and quarters; cutting, trimming and preparing standard cuts of meat; removing bones from meat; cutting poultry into parts; cutting fish into steaks and fillets; making special sausages; and preparing special displays of meats, poultry and fish products.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role requires a high level of physical fitness due to the physically demanding nature of the work, including handling heavy loads and manual dexterity. You must have strong hand-eye coordination and be able to stand for long periods.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, and opportunities for professional growth and development. In addition, you will receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance and paid time off.

• Cut carcasses, sides and quarters

• No degree, certificate or diploma required
