About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver to join our team in Mississauga. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and delivery services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: You will be responsible for managing our inventory, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods. You will use Navision to track inventory movement and ensure accurate and timely completion of sales orders.
  • Delivery: You will deliver mobility equipment to clients in and around the Edmonton area, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Process Mobility Devices and Equipment: You will act as the gatekeeper for all our inventory and physical assets stored in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage, cleaning, and packing of items. You will also assemble and disassemble equipment as needed.
  • Service Support: You will provide basic troubleshooting and repairs of mobility and accessibility equipment, as well as assist with deliveries and pick-ups of equipment.
  • Team Player: You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless operations and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: You have a high school diploma and 1 year of relevant experience in an inventory handling or general warehouse role.
  • Communication Skills: You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can provide outstanding customer service.
  • Technical Skills: You have basic mechanical skills and can assemble and disassemble equipment with ease.
  • Additional Requirements: You can lift up to 50 pounds, have a clean criminal background check, and are bondable.
