  • Suite turnovers: Demolition, Plaster & paint, Electrical, Plumbing, Cabinetry, Tub Surrounds, Flooring, Baseboards, Tiles, Tub surrounds, Doors & Frames, Cleaning
  • In-suite/ Odd jobs: Repairing flood damage, Plaster repairs, Door replacement, Painting, Finish work after plumbing repairs, Leaky faucets, Hardware replacement, Boiler room repairs, Fire-rating updates
Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, hard-working, and devoted renovation specialist for our maintenance and repair team. As a renovation specialist, you will be responsible for performing general renovations and maintenance duties, including:

  • Door slab installation
  • Ceramic tile installation
  • Finish Plumbing
  • Kitchen and countertop installation
  • Framing
  • Light Maintenance work (Shelving, toilet paper holder install, medicine cabinets etc.)
Requirements

A successful candidate requires:

  • A set of their own tools
  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Their own vehicle
  • An ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Compensation

The salary for this position is based on experience and will be fair and negotiable, ranging from $25 to $35 per hour.
