About the Job

This permanent, full-time position offers 30 hours of work per week and a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

The Kitchen Operations Manager will be responsible for managing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, staff training, and quality control. They will also oversee the recruitment and hiring process for kitchen staff.

A key aspect of this role is maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively manage a team.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-6 months of relevant work experience in a similar role

Successful candidates will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will prioritize tasks accordingly.
