As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and maintainability of our equipment, ensuring systematic analysis, defining corrective actions, and generating improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Optimize the reliability and maintainability of equipment by defining maintenance strategies, developing and supervising the execution of preventive maintenance plans, and ensuring systematic failure analysis and problem-solving.
- Perform and oversee inspections in your area of responsibility, guaranteeing technical resource availability, and ensuring a suitable minimum stock.
- Support the Engineering area in researching and assessing the best equipment available, and participate in the development of maintenance information systems.
- Implement preventive and corrective actions, keep updated risk analysis and environmental aspect assessments, and participate in maintenance programs to minimize/optimize energy use.
- Act as a shift leader, responsible for leading employees during their assigned time period/shift, coordinating schedules, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring work safety conditions.
- Mechatronic or mechanical specialization
- Previous supervisory experience would be considered a strong asset
