Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Join Tim Hortons as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a leadership role in our fast-paced coffee shop environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient operations
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Prepare and submit reports as required
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
