Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and leave management. You will also provide excellent customer service to employees and support various internal working groups and committees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate biweekly payroll, including preparation of ROE's, journal entries, and monthly remittances.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health and dental plans, and registered retirement savings plans.
- Administer leave programs, including sick leave, vacation, personal, maternity, and parental leave.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in payroll and benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and benefit administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
