Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer who can leverage their expertise in Embedded/Firmware areas to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and triage technical support questions and requests from engineers, utilizing strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
  • Extract relevant information from log files and other sources to debug, identify owners or root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain basic tools and test cases to improve the speed and quality of support, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with technical writers to enhance documentation in areas covered by support, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Produce insightful reports for leadership, providing data-driven insights on program performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to product development by providing valuable insights and suggestions on product roadmaps, driving innovation and growth.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Python application development, with a strong focus on Embedded/Firmware areas.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
