Downtown Hot Dogs Supervisor, Food Services Leader

We are seeking an experienced Food Services Leader to join our team at Downtown Hot Dogs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a challenging role and lead our food services team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Evaluate quality control standards to ensure that food and service meet expectations
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis
Requirements:
- College diploma or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced work environment with a focus on customer satisfaction

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, you will receive benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
