Job Title: Solution Architect

Location: Markam

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect to join our team at Astra North Infoteck Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution architecture, roadmaps, and architecture design and implementation.
  • The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud native and modern application architecture, as well as experience in building roadmaps with interim states.
  • They will also possess strong knowledge of end-to-end project lifecycle methodologies (agile) and financial acumen to support development of business cases.
  • Additionally, the candidate will have effective communication skills, the ability to provide technical guidance, and strong personal impact and influence.
  • Leadership skills and good stakeholder and relationship management are also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement solution architectures that meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain roadmaps with interim states to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and technical guidance.
  • Provide financial acumen to support development of business cases and inform key design decisions.
  • Balance long-term direction with necessary short-term goals.

Requirements:

  • 12-15 years of experience in solution architecture, roadmaps, and architecture design and implementation.
  • Proven experience in cloud native and modern application architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end project lifecycle methodologies (agile).
  • Financial acumen to support development of business cases.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to provide technical guidance.
  • Strong personal impact and influence.
  • Leadership skills and good stakeholder and relationship management.
