About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team at SPI Health and Safety. As a key member of our technical services team, you will be responsible for coordinating the inspection, maintenance, and installation of equipment across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with external customers and certified technicians to prepare inspection, maintenance, and installation mandates.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between customer services and technicians on the road, ensuring seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
  • Plan and manage routes and working schedules, adapting to unforeseen events and ensuring uninterrupted service to our customers.
  • Oversee inventory management and equipment transfers, ensuring accurate tracking and efficient logistics.
  • Perform customer invoicing and complete required mandate documents, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, optimizing workflows and enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Support the branch manager as needed, contributing to the success of our team.
Requirements
  • Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or Operations Management.
  • 1-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
  • Bilingualism is a must, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
