About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Mayson Enterprises. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer-controlled machine tools to produce high-precision parts and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts using precision measuring instruments
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to ensure accurate production
  • Repair and maintain machine tools and parts to ensure optimal performance
  • Set up and adjust production machinery and tools to meet quality and production standards
  • Maintain and calibrate precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy
  • Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances
  • Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments
  • Set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 5 years or more of experience in CNC machining or a related field
  • Experience with computer-controlled machine tools and precision measuring instruments
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
