We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Developer to join our team at AMUR Financial Group. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company website, ensuring it meets the latest web standards and provides an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other programming languages.
  • Implement new features and functionality to improve user experience and engagement.
  • Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and responsive across all devices.
  • Optimize the website for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings.
  • Monitor and enhance website performance, including speed and efficiency.
  • Implement and analyze web analytics tools to track and report on website performance.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and social media managers to implement marketing campaigns.
  • Provide technical support and advice to the marketing team.
  • Manage and update website content using the CMS, ensuring timely publication that aligns with marketing goals.
  • Implement user experience (UX) best practices to create an intuitive and engaging user interface.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design improvements.
  • Ensure the website complies with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Proficient in multiple programming languages, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Expertise in web development frameworks, such as React and Angular.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles.
  • Ability to stay updated with emerging web technologies and industry trends.
  • Deep understanding of web development best practices and standards.
  • Extensive experience with content management systems (CMS).
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) techniques.
  • Familiarity with web security principles and practices.
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
