AV Group NB Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and flexible individual to fill the role of Spare Pool Operator. In this position, you will provide relief support for various operating positions, including clean-up, material handling, and general labor duties. You will think creatively and continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one (1) year course with a post-secondary institution in an industrial-related field
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Above-average written and spoken communication skills
  • Displays initiative and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Understands and can demonstrate analytical problem-solving and decision-making
  • Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts, overtime, and in-calls
