About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Coordinator to join our team at Houle Electric Limited. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide business development support for all of Houle's business groups, including Electrical Service, Projects and Technologies.
  • Schedule, record, and manage meeting information and documents.
  • Research potential sales leads and opportunities, and create outreach plans.
  • Coordinate and prepare presentation materials.
  • Document leads and organize client meetings.
  • Maintain CRM entries and sales activities reports.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing/Sales, or equivalent.
  • 2 years of work experience in a customer service, sales, or business development role.
  • Solid computer skills (MS Office, MS Dynamics CRM).
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of business, customer service, sales.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and organize tasks.
  • Have a sense of urgency, results-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent people skills, proven team player, and able to work independently.
  • Adaptable and goal-driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary range: $50,000-$65,000 per year, plus a competitive total compensation package. Actual salary will be commensurate with experience, skills, and overall match to the position offered.
