About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team at Elevate Drywall Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation of drywall and other construction materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites
  • Perform pre-operational inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as needed
  • Assist in demolishing buildings and cleaning up debris
  • Perform routine maintenance work on equipment and tools
  • Respond to chemical spills and other contaminants at job sites
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites as needed
Requirements
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. You will be required to work on the road and may be required to travel regularly. A vehicle will be supplied by the employer.

Language and Communication

The primary language of communication is English.
