Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at The Grizzly Paw Pub & Brewing Company. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards and regulations.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
