About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Engineer to join our team at the Python Software Foundation. As an Expert Python Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our data platform, which connects to over 300 different APIs.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement data pipelines to improve our product and data platform
  2. Develop machine-learning models to enhance our data analytics capabilities
  3. Create visualizations to help our team make data-driven decisions
  4. Collaborate with our team of skilled engineers and data scientists to identify and solve complex problems
Requirements

You will have a strong background in programming, with a minimum of 4 years of experience. You will also possess a mathematical mind and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

We are looking for individuals with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming, Docker, Linux, and Git. Experience with SQL and Unix/Linux bash is also highly desirable.
