As a Realtor Entrepreneur or Team Leader, you'll be responsible for:

  • Fostering new sales opportunities through consultative approaches and relationship-building.
  • Developing and executing strategic marketing plans to enhance our brand and attract targeted connections.
  • Coordinating schedules and travel to optimize client meetings and drive business growth.
  • Collaborating with our team to demonstrate our resources and expertise to clients.
  • Executing high-level integrity and trust with internal and external customers.
  • Advancing qualified business leads through strategic touchpoints and our custom Pilot Software.
  • Uncovering client needs and objectives to develop strategic sales direction.
  • Synthesizing real estate data and information into compelling stories for market updates and presentations.

We're looking for a strategic, creative, and collaborative team player who:

  • Has 1+ years of previous real estate experience or is a new agent looking to gain experience through a 6-month training/shadowing program.
  • Is a strategic and creative thinker with the ability to contribute to high-level client strategies and creative concepts.
  • Has strong leadership skills, solid communication skills, and excellent project and time management skills.
  • Is deadline-driven, a motivated leader, and an effective communicator.
  • Has strong verbal and visual presentation skills to command a room and evoke trust amongst clients.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • $80,000 - $750,000+, based on commissions and growth.
