About Mararh Transport Ltd.

We are a reputable logistics company seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to oversee the operational logistics of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting reports, resolving work problems, providing technical advice, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Job Summary

The Logistics Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics services. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately $70,000 per annum, plus benefits. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee operational logistics of the organization
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Arrange training for staff
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
Work Environment

The Logistics Operations Manager will work under pressure and be required to maintain a high level of productivity. They will be part of a team environment and must be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve goals.

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Client focus, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player
