Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at 2163690 Alberta Limited. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Training and Supervision: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
