Opportunity Overview

As a Visual Communications Specialist at Pixieset, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling visual experiences that bring our brand vision to life. Leveraging your expertise in design and creativity, you will develop a diverse range of digital assets that enhance our brand presence. Collaborating with the Marketing team, you will help establish design direction, ensure consistent visual communication, and create engaging designs that captivate and resonate with our customers.

Your Impact

  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing and product touchpoints
  • Research, ideate, and present visual communication campaigns
  • Design and produce a wide range of motion and static digital assets, including website graphics, digital ads, social media content, email templates, infographics, and promotional materials
  • Create visually appealing assets that support campaigns, promotions, and product launches
  • Collaborate with Content Marketers to design visuals that enhance blog posts, case studies, and other content pieces
  • Execute cross-channel designs and seasonal assets
  • Work with the Design and Marketing teams to ensure all designs align with brand standards and meet usability requirements
  • Contribute innovative ideas to brainstorming sessions and help shape the creative direction
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work on time and within scope

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Google tools, Notion
  • Experience working within a team to design a variety of digital assets
  • A keen eye for detail, and strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with Contentful - an asset
  • Copywriting and illustration experience - an asset

The typical salary range for this position is CAD $49,400 - $80,850 annually. Salary offered will be based on skills, experience and market data.
