Job Title: Apprentice Electrician

AA ELECTRICAL SERVICES INC. is seeking a skilled Apprentice Electrician to join our team. As an Apprentice Electrician, you will assist experienced electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential and commercial structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install underground wiring and cables, ensuring safe and efficient electrical connections.
  • Splice, join, and connect wires, adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.
  • Design and construct low-voltage multiphase services for single or multimeter installations, meeting client specifications.
  • Test and measure voltage, loads, and ground faults, ensuring circuit integrity and safety.
  • Troubleshoot and isolate faults, using diagnostic tools and techniques to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Supervise other workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Ground and bond electrical equipment, systems, and structures, including swimming pools and hot tubs, to prevent electrical shock.
  • Renovate electrical systems in residential and commercial structures, upgrading infrastructure to meet modern standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications, applying knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.

  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and physically demanding tasks.
  • Attention to detail is crucial, as accuracy and safety are paramount in electrical work.

  • Judgement and problem-solving skills are critical in resolving electrical issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
