About the Role

Capital Ford Lincoln (Winnipeg) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Body Shop Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our collision centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Quality Assurance: Collaborate with technicians, repair planners, and customer service to address and rectify any customer quality concerns promptly.
  • Vehicle Delivery: Exceed customer expectations by delivering vehicles in exceptional condition.
  • Parts Management: Manage parts ordering and inventory to prevent shortages and maintain stock levels.
  • Repair Project Scheduling: Schedule repair projects efficiently to optimize shop productivity and adherence to deadlines.
  • Repair Progress Monitoring: Monitor repair progress, adjusting workflows to address any delays or issues directly.
  • Operational Efficiency: Work across departments to improve operational efficiency and resource allocation.
  • Customer Education: Offer guidance to customers on vehicle maintenance and care, aligning with manufacturer specifications.
  • Repair Needs Communication: Clearly explain any additional repair needs, costs, and time considerations to customers.
