Job Title: Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites West Edmonton. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.

Job Summary:
  • Perform daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning and disinfecting guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces.
  • Restock linens, towels, and amenities as needed.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure all areas are clean and tidy.
Responsibilities:
  • Clean and disinfect guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
  • Restock linens, towels, and amenities, such as toiletries and coffee makers.
  • Respond to guest requests, such as extra towels or pillows, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure all areas are clean and tidy.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
