- Work with other Business Development Trainees and the Area Sales Manager to ensure all goals are met.
- Conduct outbound calls to engage prospects and effectively communicate the benefits of our services.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by efficiently managing leads and opportunities, and diligently follow up with potential clients.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients, fostering a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or related field is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a Business Development, Account Management and/or Sales is desired.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Tenacity, grit, and a dedication to professionalism.
- A student mentality and the drive to succeed and gain new skill sets.
- Approachable and a positive, empathetic demeanor.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
- Commitment to learn, develop during the training program & deliver results post training program.
