Job Title: Construction Labourer - Grounds Maintenance

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Construction Labourer to join our team at Protective Surface Enterprises Ltd. As a Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance work, loading and unloading construction materials, and removing rubble and debris at construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load, unload and transport construction materials
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level

Requirements:

  • Criminal record check
  • Driving record check (abstract)
  • Drug test
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Physically demanding
  • Manual dexterity
  • Repetitive tasks
  • Handling heavy loads
  • Attention to detail
  • Overtime required

Work Environment:

  • Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Steel-toed safety boots
  • Cellular phone
